- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (half a lemon).

- 2 ounces of filtered water.
Mix all ingredients together. Drink the liquid 5-8 times a day for at least 10 days.

- 1 lemon (juice).
- 10 drops of lemon essential oil.
- 10 drops of essential oil of mint.
