This technique is very effective and commonly used in yoga. It will help strengthen your abdominal muscles and trim your waist line in 3-4 weeks. And the more you perform it, the better results it will give
It’s best if you do this repetition at least five times. It will probably be hard to do at first but, after some time your muscles will get stronger and it will be easier each day.
These are the steps you need to take:
- Lie on your back on the floor and place your arms on the top of your hips, bend your knees and relax your muscles. Exhale slowly and let out all the air from your lung, don’t strain your muscle though.
- Begin straining the muscles in the stomach and try to suck in your stomach s much as you can. Stop breathing while doing it.
- Hold this position for 10 to 15 seconds, and take small breaths, while still sucking in the stomach.
Breathe just a little and don’t relax the stomach quickly, strain the muscles of the stomach and hold your breath for another 10-15 seconds, then again, inhale, maintaining the muscle tension.
If you find it difficult, take a short breath.
- Relax your stomach, exhale a little and release all the air from your lungs and pull your belly in as much as you can. Stretch your muscles on your stomach and push the stomach upward without inhaling.
After three weeks of doing this exercise you will strengthen your abdominal muscles and reduce your waist size making your abdominal look amazing as well as your entire figure.
